Along with your legal rights, we have a goodwill return policy that allows you to exchange or get a refund for products bought online or in-store. You can avail these options if you have the proof of purchase and initiate the request within 30 days of purchase. The products must be unused and in their original packaging. Cancel an Order:

If the order has already been shipped, we may try to ask the courier to return the items here. Alternatively, you can refuse delivery when the delivery is attempted.
Failed Deliveries:
We provide a Leave Safe service where the courier can leave the item with a neighbor or in a safe place if you are not available to receive it. The courier will photograph the item and the place where it is left as proof of delivery. If this service is not suitable for you, please contact our Customer Services team before ordering at +447414091282 or Sales@fitneshub.co.uk. We can assist you with alternative delivery options.
The courier will attempt delivery of the package three times before returning it to us. If the courier has been unable to deliver, and there has been no safe place or neighbor to leave the package with, it will be returned to us, and we will process a refund.
Pallet Deliveries:
For items weighing 30kg or more, we deliver on a pallet. If you opt for pallet delivery, please ensure that someone is available to receive the pallet or that there is a safe place to leave it. This is to avoid returning the pallet to us. If there are any access issues, such as narrow roads, etc., that could affect a truck delivering your order on a pallet, please inform us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply if the delivery of a pallet fails due to the driver being unable to access it.

Returns and Replacements:
Defective Items:
Before returning a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service department at +447414091282 or Sales@fitneshub.co.uk. We may ask you for a photograph of any damaged or faulty goods. If necessary, we may also ask you to return the faulty item. Once we confirm that the item is faulty, we will repair or replace it as required.
Please note that we will not refund shipping charges for any item returned to us without confirmation from our Customer Service department.
Non-Defective Items:
If any item does not meet your expectations, you may return it to the mailing address below. The item must be unused and returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We recommend that you obtain proof of return from the carrier.
Please note that we can only cover the cost of returning faulty or damaged items.
