Delivery Times:
Standard delivery takes 5-7 working days. However, we do offer a ‘Next Working Day’ or ’48 Hour Delivery’ service if you require your order to be delivered quickly. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Also, any next-day and 48-hour deliveries must be made before 2 pm. All orders placed with “next day” delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Can I receive my order at a different address?
Yes. When you place your order, you can add a different delivery address. If the billing address is different from your delivery address, the invoice will always be sent to your billing address. Remember that your billing address is the address where your payment card is registered.
Shipping Costs:
Great news, delivery is free!
24hr and 48hr delivery is available to most areas (except Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland), please call for details.
Items less than 30kg will be shipped as parcels, and items over 30kg will be shipped as pallets.
Items being shipped to the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may incur an additional shipping charge. If the shipping cost differs from the previous one, we will contact you to advise you. Your package will not be sent until you have accepted the shipping costs.
Last minute for next-day delivery:
2 pm is the latest time you can order online for next-day delivery.
Transport Services:
We use a variety of carriers, including DHL and DPD, depending on the size of the package and the shipping address.

Order Display:
To view the status of any order you’ve placed, sign in to your account, and select “My Orders” from the account page menu.
You can now view the details and check the status of an order by clicking the “View” link located next to any particular line item.
Order Status Explanation:
- Earring: Your order has been accepted and will begin processing shortly.
- Processing: Your order is being processed through our system.
- Picking in Progress: Your order is being collected and packed in our warehouse.
- Pending Payment: Your order is waiting for successful payment.
- PayPal Pending: Your order is pending PayPal payment.
- Payment Review: Your order is on hold due to a payment issue. Please contact Customer Service.
- On Hold: Your order is on hold due to a payment issue. Please contact Customer Service for details.
- Sent: Your order is on the way.
- Cancelled: Your order has been canceled. Please talk to Customer Service if you haven’t requested it.
- Back Order: Your order is out of stock or a pre-order item and will be processed when stock is available.
